What kind of material is the picture printed on?
All our pictures are printed on the sustainable Hahnemühle Natural Line Hemp (290 grams), entirely made from natural raw materials (60% hemp, 40% cotton, natural white, smooth, matt) without the use of pesticides and chemicals, and while using substantially less water. Comes with a 1cm, 2cm or 5cm white border, depending on the size of the print.
Is the picture framed?
All our prints come without a frame. Because of personal taste, framed prints are only available through personal inquiry. We can provide each frame work exactly the way you want. Please send an email to email@example.com to request a quote and pick a framework together with our help.
I have seen a different picture I like on your Instagram account and it’s not included in the printshop. Is it possible to buy that one?
No worries, just send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the image you want and the size.
What are the delivery options and costs?
All shipping costs will be calculated upon check-out with our shipping calculator with the most updated and accurate shipping costs. All artworks have a production time of around 10-14 business days after confirming your order. After production your order will be dispatched from the print lab in The Netherlands and shipping times depend on the final destination:
The Netherlands: 2-4 working days
Rest of Europe: 4-14 working days
Rest of World: up to 21 working days
Due to the enormous traffic at local post agencies and the constraints because of COVID orders will take longer to arrive at their destinations. This is completely out of our control. We apologize for that.
Do you ship worldwide?
Prints ship worldwide! However, all orders of 70x105cm and up that need to shipped outside of Europe, might have an additional surcharge confirmed by email after check-out. I you intent to order a static piece from outside of Europe, please inquire for a shipping quote by email first since international shipping of high-value pieces is very expensive and the risk of damage in transit is high.
What is your return policy?
All artworks are custom made for you and are therefore non refundable. If, for some reason, you would like to amend your order… Please send an email to email@example.com. However, if your print has arrived damaged and you can show that it was damaged in transit (before arrival), we will replace it on receipt of the damaged print back to us (shipping at own costs).
